Be careful with drinks also. Many soft drinks are loaded with calories as are alcholic drinks. If you want to have an alcoholic beverage, try to choose one that isnt mixed with something too sweet. A vodka and tonic is better for your weight than a strawberry daquiri. There are many great winter dishes that are healthy for you.
